"Your
performance inspired me, it took me back to what rock and roll used to
be. You serve it up with style and flair."

"THEY SAY is
one of the best songs I've heard this year. Simply Jane
is a wonderful new band. It's outstanding rock with rich harmonies, great
vocals and great guitars.
|
"Simply
Jane is a rough-and-tumble band from Wyoming that writes tight
rock'n'roll tunes. Jana Davis sings in a powerful voice over hard-slamming
drums and Steve Hill's roaring guitars. They've built a following through
hard work, extensive gigging (opening for Bob Dylan and Lynyrd Skynyrd,
for instance) and word of mouth."
|
"I went to
a Bob Dylan concert and this band was the "guest band." I was
completely impressed. This "guest band" rocked Bob Dylan off
the stage. Simply Jane performs as if they have been
playing together all of their lives. Very solid rock'n'roll that has a
beat that runs through your veins. Bands like this are keeping rock'n'roll
alive!"

"Check
out Simply Jane! This big surprise from Sheridan, Wyoming
was brought to my attention by Mother Function's Mandy Taylor and she
(nor they) did not let me down! I was fortunate enought to see these guys
(and girl) Friday night at Hard Rock Cafe on 16th Street with Mandy and
her pals . . .what a beautiful night! Simply Jane rocks
with the reminisce of Black Crows and a lead singer's voice that will
wrap itself around you and pull you out of your seat! Complete with go-go
dancers and one of the best bassists I've seen in a long time! They've
even completed their package with a CD simply titled, Simply Jane,
and it's one you can listen straight through. . . .it rocks. Period."

| "I stopped to
listen to a few tunes and ended up on the floor with the rest of the crowd.
Jana's vocals are amazing. She's a cross between every great female rock
legend out there. The band played with amazing energy and left us begging
for more. Simply Jane is a fresh reminder of what rock'n'roll
really is." -A Music Fan, Laramie, WY, April 2004 |
